This shirt wears two symmetrical imprints of a pin oak on the collar.
The pin oak, or swamp Spanish oak can be found from the states of Tennessee and Virginia, to the Canadian Great Lakes area. This oak has been introduced in Europe in 1770 where it was planted as a decorative tree because of its colourful foliage in autumn. The wood provided by this tree is brownish in his heart, but the sapwood is almost white and transformed by carpenters as pieces of furniture. This tree is the only known source of food of a tiny caterpillar named Bucculatrix domicola.
